Shipping & Returns
Shipping is currently available only for Canada and the United States through UPS. Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout according to cart items.
*All shipping excludes weekends, holidays and weather delays. Estimated shipping time does not include 1 business day order processing time (except for UPS Next Day Air).
TECH9 will only accept returns if hardware is damaged or DOA when received. At this point you may return or exchange your order, please choose the carrier of your choice; however we do suggest you choose a carrier that will allow you to track your package(s).
All carrier costs including original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred for any returns or exchanges are not refundable.
- All items should be in brand new condition and shipped in the original manufacturers product packaging.
- Contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-855-TECH9-TV. They will confirm your claim for a return or exchange. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and reason for return.
- Put your ORDER NUMBER on the box and pack items with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.
- Allow up to one week upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs) or an exchange made.
Collection of Personal Information
While using the TECH9 website you may be required to complete forms that ask for certain personal and contact information. These types of forms include but are not limited to: new user account registration, email subscription, and contact forms. Information collected on the forms is used for its intended purpose as described on the form and to make improvements to the user experience on the site. We do not collect or store any credit card information. All credit card information is encrypted and securely transferred to our credit processor where it is protected by 256-bit SSL technology.
Use of Information
TECH9 will not provide access to personal information to third parties. We will not sell or rent your personal information to any party. We do reserve the right to disclose such information in response to court and governmental orders, subpoenas, and otherwise as required by law.

Your Personal and Payment Information is Safe
At TECH9.ca your information is safe and secure. We are committed to protecting your information. To make sure your information is safely guarded, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). When giving your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name and address. This means it is safe from someone else reading it while it is being transmitted over the Internet to our credit processor.
How can you be sure any connection is secure? Simply look at the lower left-hand corner of your browsers window after accessing the checkout page. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), the SSL is active and your information secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser.
When accessing secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from ‘http’ to ‘https.’ Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don’t permit communication even though the server is secure. If you become a registered user, all information is safely stored on our secure servers. No credit card information is stored on our website or servers.
